Course Overview
Course Description
This lecture explores-prioritizing prosthetic design to minimize surgical intervention while achieving highly esthetic, stable, and long-term predictable FP1 outcomes. Objectives is to see how to reverse-engineer full-arch cases by designing the ideal tooth position, emergence profile, and occlusal scheme first—allowing the surgical approach to become more precise, conservative, and outcome-driven. My goal is to elevate FP1 full-arch results by aligning surgical execution with a prosthetically dominant philosophy—delivering restorations that are not only esthetic but biologically and mechanically sustainable.
Course Objectives
1. Apply techniques that reduce or eliminate the need for extensive hard and soft tissue grafting
2. Leverage prosthetic contouring and emergence profile manipulation to compensate for anatomical limitations
3. Understand the relationship between implant positioning, prosthetic contours, and tissue response
