Artificial intelligence driven digital work flows combined with clinical expertise in diagnoses, risk assessment, and treatment planning can revolutionize clinical care. This lecture will provide the state-of-the-art in treatment planning with a collaborative interdisciplinary work flow utilizing digital imaging, comprehensive clinical diagnosis and treatment planning with a team approach. We will show our abilities to help patients and team in our clinics. Dr. Scheyer’s history as a Periodontist and implant surgeon with a focus on hard and soft tissue regeneration for more than 25 years, brings his surgical excellent to the table like few teams possess. However, his mentorship from some of the best in oral maxillofacial surgery, advanced orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, restorative dentistry, craniofacial pain, postural restoration, advanced occlusion and reconstructive care have allowed his team to accomplish optimal outcomes for more than twenty years. His research interest on digital dentistry, artificial intelligence and tissue engineering will influence this presentation. He hopes to provide you a look at dentistry tomorrow and how this will change more rapidly in the very near future.
