Partial extraction therapy has evolved extensively over the years. The initial techniques made the procedure challenging and limited the execution to a limited number of clinicians. Through the development of the technique from analogue to digital and from free hand to guided surgery this has dramatically changed the workflow dramatically. This lecture will cover the fine details and discuss ways to make the techniques predictable and reproducible.
