-This presentation highlights common dilemmas in implant dentistry related to poor planning, expected wound healing and resorption patterns of the labial plate and overlying soft tissue. Very often these circumstances lead to implant, restoration and esthetic failures. The reasons for this failure are clearly described as well as creative surgical augmentation procedures aimed at reconstructing these areas. Implant removal as well combined Soft tissue grafting and flap designs are well described with relative video clips to highlight the surgical design.
