We all know the problems associated with conventional complete dentures( especially mandibular denture) in terms of reduced denture bearing area post resorption thereby having compromised retention and stability. Its important to understand the science and prosthodontic factors involved in selecting the number of implants and the super structure in terms of attachment for every case considering the anatomic variations and prosthesis movement.
