Dr. Barry Bartee received his undergraduate education from Abilene Christian University where he earned a B.S. in Biology and then received the DDS degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX in 1986.

After 9 years in general restorative practice, Dr. Bartee completed additional studies at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, receiving the M.D. degree in 1999. He currently practices general dentistry with a special interest in implant dentistry in Lubbock, TX.

Dr. Bartee has a special interest in alveolar bone regeneration,and has authored numerous scientific articles on this and other topics related to implant dentistry. He holds two U.S. patents related to bone preservation following tooth extraction, and has lectured nationally and internationally on this topic. Dr. Bartee is an Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Surgery, at Texas Tech School of Medicine and is an adjunct Clinical Professor at Texas A&M – Baylor College of Dentistry.
